We have a team of guidance counsellors welcomes, informs and guides people in their search for a trade or training in the social sector in order to help them build their professional or training project.
We contribute to the training of citizens as social workers, committed, open-minded, cultivated, reflexive, capable of understanding the impact of globalization in the field of Social Work and pay particular attention to people who have difficulties finding employment.
To ensure that everyone can progress in their professional life : access to and maintenance of qualifications is a decisive lever in the fight against unemployment but also in the promotion of social advancement, which means everyone can progress from one or more levels of qualification during their working life.
Whether it is a question of updating one’s knowledge, developing one’s skills, and/or acquiring a certification or a diploma, we offer training in the form of credits according to flexible training methods (accreditation of 9 level I to V diplomas, access to certifications or qualifications, provision of vocational training in response to the needs of the sector).
Our training courses have always been carried out on a work-study basis, with internships occupying a predominant place in the training path of future professionals.
Our pedagogy : Our training courses have always been carried out on a work-study basis, with internships occupying a predominant place in the training path of future professionals. These internships can be carried out in France and abroad. IMF has been sending and receiving students from the Maghreb countries, the European Community and Canada for more than 20 years.
Our partners : IMF has always favoured the work of proximity with field actors through numerous partnerships in France and abroad.
We have a laboratory, a real space for innovation and the exploitation of professional practices, at the service of social development projects and the necessary social cohesion in France and internationally.
IMF supports, advises and accompanies projects in the social sector all over the world, particularly with a special link with the Mediterranean countries. Our pedagogy draws on this wealth of experience. Committed to the dynamics of cooperation, the IMF sets up development projects in a multi-stakeholder approach, in partnership with southern associations on the themes of Mediterranean youth (decent employment, integration, social economy and solidarity).
