First Transnational Project Meeting in Italy
On 26 and 27 November 2019 Associazione Travelogue hosted the first coordination meeting and the presentation conference of the Eramus+ project “Pro-Comp – Promoting development, assessment and recognition of Adults’ non-formal and informal Competences” in Marsciano (PG – Italy).
All the partner organizations took part in the meeting:

The partners presented their staff, their organizations and the motivation for their involvement in the project.
The coordinator presented the details of the project, the objectives, the activities to be carried out, the results to be produced, the working plan and the distribution of the tasks.
Among the objectives of the project, the development, evaluation and enhancement of key competences and transversal skills in adult population, to encourage their social and professional inclusion. The project aims to promote the development of the system of recognition of skills acquired in non-formal and informal contexts, through an exchange of good practices, tools and working methodologies between the organizations involved.
Among the main activities, four transnational training activities for the staff of the organizations involved and for adult learners, the creation of a Curriculum Vitae model that appreciates and enhances non-formal skills, the creation of a website with dedicated sections for the exchange of tools and information between organizations and final beneficiaries and the creation of a professional plan for career implementation and self-promotion.
The coordinator presented also the tools to be used and the indicators to be followed for monitoring and evaluating the impact of the project.
The guidelines for the financial management of the project were presented and the tools to be used for internal communication between the partners were defined.
Particular attention was paid to the definition and presentation of the tools to be used, the guidelines and the plan to be followed for the communication and dissemination of the project at various levels.
A public conference was held in Sala Capitini in Marsciano, involving the project staff, with the participation of the local administration, local stakeholders and the population.
We presented the partner organizations, the project objectives, activities and results. A representative of Arpal Umbria presented the system of recognition, validation and certification of competences in Umbria.
Another meeting took place with the members of the FISH Onlus (Italian Federation for Handicap Overcoming), associated partner of the project, for a discussion on the activities implemented by each partner with people with disabilities.
